Srinivasan Services Trust founded in 1996 is the social arm of TVS
Motors and Sundaram-Clayton Ltd.

| 3 | How is SST different from other NGOs?
SST aims for the integrated and sustainable development of rural
communities. SST’s CSR relationship with the community is
not that of donor and the recipient. It is the relationship between equal
partners where people take ownership of the development projects.The credit for all accomplishment goes to the community
SST has a team of 130 members. Except the four, entire team of SST
live and work in villages all-round the year. This builds greater trust
between the community and SST.
Multi - disciplinary staff of SST lives and work in the villages all round
the year. Their continuous presence in the villages earns trust and
respect among the communities. It also helps build personal rapport
with the people.

About 20 lakhs per year per panchayat. Each panchayat normally has
4 - 5 villages.

| 6 | How long it does bring about significant change in the
community?
Significant changes can be seen in one year. Anticipated development
may need up to 4 years.

| 7 | How are the villages selected by SST?
The following villages are given the priority in selection.
- The villages within the vicinity of our group companies TVSM.
- The villages surrounding the temples where renovation work has
been undertaken by our group companies.
- Interior and remote tribal villages in Eastern ghats

| 8 | Does SST share its experience with other Corporate / NGOs?
In case if any Corporate has asked SST to share its experience, we go
and work in those villages selected by the Corporate.

does SST need?
Yes, provided they are genuinely interested and socially committed
with expertise and experience in the areas of community development.
